Once you have logged into the ConnectMLS website - you will be able to see all of the properties that fit the search criteria that we've set up on your behalf. You will be able to mark your level of interest on any/all of the properties and make notes as we move through the inventory about questions/comments/thoughts that you have about specific properties.
We can add/remove/modify any of your searches at anytime - so don't hesitate to drop us an email with any changes you'd like made. You will not be able to create or generate your own searches on ConnectMLS because of the way the system is designed, but we are more than happy to set up as many as you may need/want as we move through the process.
Even after we close on your property we can continue to have searches up and running on your behalf.
